1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. This applies to all items purchased through our website, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.

1.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  • First, log in to your Cobraen account at cobraen.com.
  • Navigate to the My Account section.
  • Click on Orders to view your recent purchases.
  • Choose the order you wish to cancel.
  • Click on the Cancel button next to the order.
  • Your cancellation request will be submitted.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review and confirm it within 24 hours. After confirmation, the order will be marked as canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email.

1.3 Confirmation of Cancellation

If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it and will need to refer to our Refund Policy.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

2.1 Non-Cancellable Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. At this stage, the order is in transit and beyond our control to recall.

2.2 Notification of Shipment

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

2.3 Request for Refund

Although cancellation is no longer possible after shipping, you may still be eligible for a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our refund process as detailed in our Refund Policy section.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

3.2 How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return your items.

3.3 Processing of Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • Final Sale Items: Orders marked as “Final Sale” are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless they are defective or not as described.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been placed.
